The Puroast® Process combined with this bean make for an excellent brewed coffee flavor without the acidity, bitterness, or oils found in other dark roasts. The lack of oils will add shelf life to the coffee as well. Remember Puroast® fine grind is the best method.
This dark roast will give you the strong flavor without the bitterness.
