Does Puroast Guarantee Their Products?
We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If a problem occurs, we will repair or replace the item at our option and to your satisfaction. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or airline damage. What Types of Payment Methods Does Puroast Offer?

Puroast coffee accepts Visa and MasterCard cards. After filling up our online checkout form, an invoice number will be generated and an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. At shipment a payment receipt will be sent to you with the merchandise. Please keep this payment receipt for reference in case of exchange or refund. The order confirmation that is provided online at the time of your order does not serve as your official receipt. The official receipt is the payment receipt that is mailed to you with the merchandise.

 


How Can I Find More Information on Puroast Security and Privacy?

Puroast Coffee utilizes the latest security technology to protect your personal information. All information you submit to us is securely encrypted using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This process makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to access or decode the information. Shopping is easy with Puroast Coffee. All refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted when merchandise is returned in its original condition with the original payment receipt. A full credit will be issued on the credit card used on the payment receipt. A credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail. If the original payment receipt is not presented upon a refund or exchange, a store credit will be issued when the merchandise is returned in its original condition. Where Can I Find Shipping Information?

We will begin processing your orders immediately upon receipt. We will ship your order within 3 business days of your order date. In most cases, we will ship within 1-2 days. If there are any delays we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone. If you have any question regarding the status of our order, please call us at 1-877-569-2243 or click here. We ship USPS Priority mail within the continental U.S.

 


What About Refunds and Exchanges?
Shopping is easy with Puroast Coffee. All refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted when merchandise is returned in its original condition (4 oz. or less can be used) with the original payment receipt. A full credit will be issued on the credit card used on the payment receipt. A credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail. What About Sales Tax?
Due to the location of our roasting facility, we are required by law to collect applicable tax on all shipments to California. No tax will be added to orders that ship to addresses outside of California. If applicable, the appropriate tax will be automatically added to your order total.
