scientific research, we have shown that Puroast has 50% to
70% less acid than other coffees. Our patented roasting
technology is the key: by adjusting the delivery of heat
to the coffee beans during the roasting process, we are
able to produce low acid beans while maintaining a
delicious flavor. Our roasting process involves no
extraction or chemical treatments, while other low acid
alternatives are falsely labeled, filled with chemical
additives, or are decaffeinated style extractions. Our
